Sometimes, I guess there just aren't enough rocks..

We opened our doors on November 6, 2020, in the midst of a world-wide pandemic, in the hopes of being able to be one of those few success stories to come out of a year of crazy and uncertainty. It is with heavy hearts that today we have to face reality and accept that we are not going to be successful in that dream.

Over the past several months, we have many people in the Princeton Heights and neighboring areas that have lightened our hearts and brought laughter to our days. We will forever be grateful to those loyal friends and guests that have visited us, sometimes weekly, in that time.

We hate to say that today is the end. We, like many other small, locally-owned business, have applied for grants through the Restaurant Revitalization Fund. We have hopes that those much-needed funds will come through, for us and for many others like us. However, faced with the growing number of issues and legal snags that the RRF has been facing, we are not anticipating hearing anything from them any time soon.

So it is with deep regrets that we announce that, as of today, we are closing our doors. We are hopeful that this decision will only have to be temporary, and that we will be able to come back bigger and better than ever on the other side.

We will miss our regulars. We will miss our vendors. And we will miss our QSB staff.

We hope to see everyone again soon!!!

PS: For those of you that may have purchased gift cards over the past few months and have yet to use them... Please reach out to us via email at admin@quincystbistro.com so we can apologize personally and try to make ammends.
